Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All orders will take 3-5 working days to be delivered depending on the PIN code. For all orders above INR750/- delivery is free and for orders less than INR750/- there will be a shipping charge of INR50/-
Deliveries will be done by our riders or our courier partners. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email along with the tracking details of your order.
Cancellations for your orders will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.
Returns and Refund Policy
We are proud of the products and produce we sell and hope that you like it as much as we do. However, if you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from our website, simply contact us within 7 days of shipment delivery date on email@example.com for a replacement.
The product shall be replaced on return of the purchased product pack back to our Office in Mysore and careful inspection.
While mailing in to ask for a replacement please make sure to include:
- Your name and Date of purchase
- The items you would like refunded
- The reason for the return
- All brewing equipment can only be refunded if it is returned back to us in new and unused condition
- Refunds for subscription purchases will be on prorated based on the number of shipments remaining
- Refunds are initiated within 7 days of notification. The amount of time it takes before the money is credit back to the customer’s account depends on the clearing cycle of the customer’s bank
- You’ll get a refund in the same payment method which you’ve selected at the time of the transaction. The refund will be reflected in 10 working days in your account.
